CHAPTER II: QUALITY AND CAPACITY THAT

NEEDED IN TOURIST TRAVELERS ​Tour guides, due to


their professional characteristics, need to have the necessary
qualities and competencies. These qualities and competencies are
formed and strengthened throughout the course of our operations.
On the other hand, these qualities and competencies are always
supplemented and perfected creatively, not rigidly.

I. BASIC KNOWLEDGE

1. Labor characteristics

Labor of a tour guide is a special type of labor with the following


characteristics:

- The time of the tour guide is difficult to set. Unlike some guiding
professions, tour guides have a fixed time, including the time to
