PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our C-Purlins are the secondary structural members used to support the roof sheeting / wall cladding.
Besides being economical to use, they give an excellent strength- to- weight ratio, thus providing substantial
cost savings.

Our C-Purlins are characterized by:


 Having a high strength to weight ratio
 Being economical;
 Being usable for large spans upto 11.0m;
 Being quickly installed

Material and Product Specifications


Usage
Structural member
Material Galvanized Iron (GI) Structural Steel (SS), Grade 50 Class 1, ASTM A653M.
Coating /Finish G90 (275 grams/m2 Zinc Coating)
Minimum Specified Yield strength FY 345 N/mm²
Material thickness 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm
Purlin length Up to 11 meters

Purlin depth (d) 100 mm to 450 mm


A) Design of Purlins is based on AISI- 2012(ASD-Allowable Stress
Notes applicable for all following Design Method)
pages B) Allowable loads applicable up to slopes of 3:10only
C) Allowable capacities for uplift loads are not increased.
D) Sag rods are located at equal distances

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our Z-Purlins are the secondary structural members used to support the roof sheeting / wall cladding.
Besides being economical to use, they give an excellent strength- to- weight ratio, thus providing substantial
cost savings.

Our Z-Purlins are characterized by:


 Having a high strength to weight ratio
 Being economical;
 Being usable for large spans upto 11.0m;
 Being quickly installed
