COUNSELING

Counselling is a method of 
understanding and helping people 
who have technical, personal and 
emotional or adjustment problems 
that usually has emotional 
contents that an employee with 
the objective of reducing it so that 
performance is maintained at 
adequate level or even improved 
upon.
WELL BEING
An umbrella term used to
describe the overall emotional
and physical condition of an
individual, group or
organisation. Improving the
wellbeing of employees and
the organisation is a major
goal of the HR function as
there is a perceived link
between wellbeing and
productivity. Wellbeing
initiatives implemented by the
HR department often include
eye care programmes, private
health insurance and
motivations for exercise and
healthy eating.
WELLNESS
 
• Wellness programs are a good means to improving the health of employees, and 
with it, the overall health of the organization. Wellness programs are those 
initiatives that are aimed at enabling employees make the right choice at work for
