WORK DESCRIPTIONS
1. Installation of main panel, circuit breakers, conduit pipes, cable tray,
convenience outlet, switches, pull – boxes and receptacles from
ground flour to 3rd floor
2. Concrete chipping works not included.
3. Electrical cables / wires installation from point of service entrance to
main panel board and to all load distributions, assembling of special
lighting is not included.
4. Mounting of main panel board and secondary panel in every floor.
5. Meggering and testing without load and with load.
CHARGES
Labor Charged for service works only Php 125,000.00
REMARKS: TERMS CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
1. 50% initial payment after confirmation signings.
2. 50% staggered collections per works percentage progress.

3. Chipping work for piping entrance only.
4. Expose drainline installation only for 16 feet maximum.
5. For ceiling installation works, manhole access must be provided by the owner.
6. Electrical wires for field wiring is only included, isolations breaker for outdoor
unit and supply line wiring are also not included in the package.
7. Test run In operations and turn – over to owner in good running conditions
