February 1896. Church damage by earthquake, 1706 and 1927. Tower used as observation post
by the Katipuneros during the Revolution. And by the Guerrilleros during Japanese occupation.

spot in Ilocos.
To educate by process of discovering the history, background, and tourist destination.
To learn more about their various culture.
I grew up thinking what could be the filling of travelling with family and friends. Travel
make us possible to experience new culture, environment and observing their religious belief. I
never have a thought that I could be travel with my classmates and teachers. From Zambales to
Ilocos Region which is almost a 18 hours of travel. It is a great pleasure to travel. In Ilocos
because of the renowned tourist destination dibbed as one of the new 7 wonders cities. And also,
Ilocos have its standout appealing beauty and native historical places like the Paoay church that
build many years ago. And it also used in many historic events in the Philippines, liked the tower
of the church they used it as an observation post by the Katipuneros in revolution, and by the
Guerrillas during Japanese occupation.
In a tired day of long travelling you may also visit at Saud Beach take a rest and to look
the powdery white sand and clear water of the beach. Rooms and cottages are also available and
price my vary depending on your number. And you may also visit the Patapat Bridge aline light
of the most talked about the Ilocos Region a 1.3 km. long snake like bridge that connects
Cagayan Valley and Maharlika Highway. And after you visit the Paoay church you can also go
and visit and explore the famous Zoo in Ilocos the Baluarte. It is home of the most endemic
animals like Tiger, Phyton and many others.
