PF7900 Powerforest

FEATURES GENERAL DESCRIPTION


 Wide Input Range: 9V to 27V The PF7900 is a wide-input voltage boost controller
 Adjustable Switching Frequency Setting which can be operated from 9V to 27V. The special
 Current Mode Control dimming input helps to synchronize this device with
 300mV Current Sensing Reference multi-channel current matching ICs or MOSFETs for
 Over Current Protection LED applications such as LED backlight or LED
 Over Temperature Protection lighting. PF7900 integrated the current mode PWM
 Output Over Voltage Protection controller with a high driving capability MOSFET
 Input Over Voltage Protection driver, over current protection, and input/output over
 PWM Dimming Input voltage protection in a SOP-8 package to minimize
the PCB size as well as the component counts. The
APPLICATIONS adjustable frequency setting helps users to select the
 Front-End Stage of LED Backlight optimized operation frequency.
