Title : Removal of Fluoride from drinking water using an indigenous Bio-adsorbent 'Bone-char'- Column Study

Explaination : In this project we worked upon removing fluoride ion from drinking water as it causes fluorosis, teeth
decaying, bone deformation and various skeletal Problems. The samples were collected from Tharparkar region where
the groundwater has fluoride ions as major contamination. The results obtained were promising and further advancing the
study could result in development of Cheap Water-Filters for practical use.
