18 Healthy Creative Snacks

2) Watermelon pizza
Watermelon covered in
Greek yogurt & fruit toppings.
Bonus: Add some mint!

1) Raspberry Treat Combo 3) Apple + Peanut Butter


Raspberries + peices of dark 1 Apple cut into slices
chocolate chips inside. 2 tbsp peanut butter

5) Rice Cake Pizza


1 Rice Cake
Marinara Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese

4) Greek Yogurt Combo 6) Banana PB Bites


1 Cup Greek Yogurt 1 banana, cut into slices
1/4 cup Paloe Granola Sandwich 1 tsp of peanut
20g Dark Chocolate butter in between
(I love Trader Joe’s 85% bar) (Make sure to pick a PB without
added sugar)

8) Ezekiel toast w/ avocado


1 peice Ezekiel toast
half a mashed avocado
himalayan salt &
black pepper

7) Eggs + Veggie Combo 9) Smoked Salmon +


Cucumber
2 Medium Boiled Eggs
WIld Caught Smoked Salmon
Raw Bell Peppers, Sliced
2 Cups Chopped Cucumber

amazon for perfect cooked eggs)

1 cup+ strawberry
20g+ dark chocolate

10) Cashew Berry Combo: 12) Walnuts + Mini Bell Pepper


1 Rice Cakes 1/4 cup walnuts
1-2 tbsp Cashew Butter 6 mini bell peppers
Handful of Blueberries
1-2 tsp honey

14) Pico + Bell Peppers


1/2 cup pico de gallo
sliced bell peppers

13) Cottage Cheese: 15) Classica celery + almond


1 cup cottage cheese butter combo
(one of my favorite high 1-2 cups chopped celery
protein snacks) 1-2 tbsp almond butter

17) Greek Yogurt + Fruit


1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries
1-3 tsp honey

16) Hummus + veggies 18) Almond Butter, Chocolate


Chip Combo
1/4 cup hummus 1 rice cake
1/2 cup cucumbers 1-2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup carrots 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips
