Q: What if I have failed subjects?
A: Please proceed to your Dean’s Office for clearing your deficiencies. You may then proceed to
Manual enrollment for advising of subjects. You may also use the only enrollment for subjects
without prerequisites.
Q: What is the site for Online Enrollment?
A: https://caresmnl.ceu.edu.ph/serp
Q: What is the Username and Default Password?
A: Your Student Number (Ex: 2019-12345)
Q: When can I access my account?
A: Online Accounts were created Last Dec 6, 2019. You may start accessing your accounts.
Q: I can’t log in to the CARES website
A: State your Complete Name, Student Number, Photo of ID and your concern, and send it to

Q: I can’t see the “Enroll to 2nd Sem Link”
A: Please proceed to Department in charge then
settle/accomplish your record clearances

Q: Some of my Notes are in Orange and White
A: Red Notes - Blocked for clearance
Orange - Waived Clearance, you need to submit within the next semester or else you’ll be blocked
on your next enrollment
White - Accomplished Clearances
Q: When is the start of Enrollment?
A: January 6, 2020 - 1:00pm
Q: What is CARES?
A: Computerized Admission, Registration & Enrollment System
Q: What are the available Mode of Payments?
A: Full payment
Plan A - P10,000 down payment
Plan B - P20,000 down payment or greater than P20,000, just type in the input box the desired
amount. Ex: 25000(no comma and spaces)
Q: What if I can’t pay my fees immediately?
A: You are only given 3 days to settle your payments or else your enlistment will be deleted, and
then you will have to re-enroll again. Take note that subject availability is on a First Come First
Serve basis.

Q: How to process for scholarship and alumni discounts?
A: For Varsity and Full Scholars - you may enroll your subjects then proceed to the
Accounting Department for assessment of fees
For students with discounts (alumni, CEUSHS graduate, etc) - you may select Plan A or B, pay
the downpayment then proceed to the Accounting Department during the first day of school
for re-assessment of fees.
Q: Can I still do Manual Enrollment instead of Online Enrollment?
A: Yes, you can. We highly recommend using online enrollment to avoid long queues and inconvenience.
Q: What are the payment methods available? Can I use a credit card online?
A: The payment methods are via Security Bank, PhilTrust Bank, M. Lhuillier, or CEU Cashier. We currently
don’t accept online payment using a credit card.

Q: I can’t find any available schedule for my subject
A: You may contact your Dean’s Office or the subject Department Head for opening additional slots or
schedules

Q: Can I choose my professor?
A: No, professors in available classes are not viewable online.
Q: Can I modify the schedule of my subjects?
A: Subject Schedules are not editable, but you can select from any of the given schedules
Q: What if the system crashed or went offline? Do I have to begin from the start?
A: In case of system failure, please try to re-login after a few minutes and resume your enrollment.
Q: I have accidentally submitted my enrollment?
A: If you haven’t paid down payment yet, send us your info details to cancel your submission
Q: When is the last day of enrollment?
A: Last Day of Online Enrollment - January 19, 2020
Last Day of Late Enrollment (Manual at Dean’s Office) - February 1, 2020
Q: Can we view who is our classmates?
A: No, the class list is not available to student accounts.
Q: Do we need to provide an account number if paying via bank?
A: No, all you need to do is present your temporary COM.
Q: Do we need to print temporary COM?
A: Yes. Upon paying, the teller will ask you for your temporary COM.
Q: What if I don’t have a device with internet access?

A: You may rent at a computer shop or use CEU facilities:
