1. It has been come to the notice that you often absence from duty without informed any one,
which is hardly affecting the routine office work pertaining to your job of this Headquarters.
On 18 August 2014 an ordered from the undersigned have been communicated you that you
should present for duty from 0800-1400 hrs on daily basis. Inspite of verbal request, you are
failed to obey the orders, which is clear violation of Army Orders.
2. You are hereby warned to abide the ordered given by the undersigned. Otherwise strict
disciplinary action will be taken against you.
