INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor accuses GABRIEL BATUNGBAKAL, a


resident of Miputak, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines of the crime of
RAPE, defined and penalized under Article 266_A, par. 1(b) of the Revised Penal
Code, as amended, committed as follows:

On or about the 19th day of January 2020 at more or less 4:00 o’clock in the
evening at Barangay Olingan, Diplog City Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of
this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, with lewd and unchaste design, by
means of force, threat and intimidation, conspired, connived, confederated and
helped each other to attain a common purpose, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously
have carnal knowledge Catalina Miming Juana,30 years old, against to her damage
and prejudice.

ACT CONTRARY TO LAW.
