RESOLUTION NO. 1-2020
RESOLUTION CONDEMNING ALL TERRORIST GROUPS AND DECLARING THEM AS
PERSONA NON GRATA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALAVERA
WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Government of Tabacao national High
School received a letter from the office of Mayor Nerivi S. Martinez requesting for
a passage of a resolution condemning all terrorist groups and declaring them as
Persona non grata in the Municipality of Talavera;
WHEREAS, the National Government thrusts in to end all armed threats in
the Philippines and to attain inclusive and sustainable peace in the conflict-
affected threats and vulnerable communities;
WHEREAS, the government recognized the threat posed by those terrorist
groups which present clear and imminent danger to people’s right to life, liberty,
and security which manifest betrayal of achieving peace and development in
the country;
WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Government of Tabacao national High
School fully supports the Philippine Army and the Philippine National Police in the
maintenance of peace and order in the community and suppression of lawless
violence that creates havoc, fear, and panic among populace;
WHEREAS, after a careful study and deliberation this body finds the
requested resolution to be in order and helpful in ensuring the peace and order
in this Municipality;
NOW THEREFORE,
ON MOTION of secretary YSABELLE U. CARANDANG duly seconded by the
Treasurer CHRISTINE DIANNE J. DE VERA and approved by all members present

RESOLVED as it is HEREBY RESOLVED by this Supreme Student Government
in session duly assembled to approve a resolution condemning all terrorist groups
and declaring them as a persona non grata in the Municipality of Talavera;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished the office of
Mayor Nerivi S. Martinez the office of DILG, the Philippine National Police, Talavera
Station, and all other offices concerned for their guidance and information
APPROVED this 28th day of January 2020 in Tabacao national High School,
Talavera Nueva Ecija.
