ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The researchers are truly indebted to the following people who have

helped them throughout the whole process of making the research paper. Had it

not for them, this research paper would be impossible.

The researchers would like to express their utmost sincerity and deep

gratitude to our Almighty GOD for the knowledge, guidance and wisdom given

that the researchers were able to work on their research paper and experiments.

The researchers would like to thank Mr. Joshua Vidal, their research

instructor who has provided insights and expertise throughout the best of his

abilities. They are thankful for his support and dedication in supporting their

research study. The researchers have greatly appreciated his assistance,

comments, suggestions, patience and immense knowledge as a mentor that

greatly helped improve the research paper.

To their research adviser Engr. Felrem G. Lor, for sharing his expertise

and research experience. His absolute passion and dedication in directing the

researchers serves as an inspiration to the researchers' aim of pursuing a college

course in civil engineering.

for using the UTM in testing their sample concretes. The researchers would like

to extend their appreciation to Mr. Carlos P. Cena for assisting and directing

them in using the UTM and how to read the readings during their study.

The researchers sincerely express their profound gratitude to their

respective families who have been with them throughout their experiments and

their moral support for financing their research.

Lastly, the researchers also acknowledge the authorship of the books,

theses, and articles that are used in the study whether online or manual. They

are properly owned by their respective authors, and help to provide the study
