PETITION FOR ESCHEAT

The City Prosecutor of SAN PABLO CI'lV and in behalf of the city of SAN PABLO. unto
this Honorable Court, respectfully avers that:

1. JUAN BUNCAYO, a Filipino citizen, and resident of the City of San Pablo, Province
of Laguna, died intestate in the said city on March 1, 2009.

2. At the time of his death, he left real property in the City of San Pablo, Province of
Laguna, to wit: A parcel of land with an area of 849,900 square meters, located at
Barangay San Juan, San Pablo City covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 315442.

3. He left no heir or heirs or persons who by law are entitled to inh©rlt his real property.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that, upon due notice and hearing, and after
the payment of his just debts and charges, the estate of the deceased JUAN BUNCAYO be
declared escheated in favor of the Government in accordance with law.
