This project aims to assess the knowledge of the different households of the
barangay when faced with the hazards present and by helping maintain a safe and
clean community through various activities

Requirement Elicitation
SPECIFIC:
The maintenance of the buildings and electrical posts are vital in preventing
harm that may come to the community from disasters such as earthquakes and
typhoon
MEASUREABLE:
By implementing this project, it can surely help the barangay maintain a clean and
safe community in where hazards and the effects of a disaster can be avoided. This
project can easily be handled by the barangay by themselves.
Objective
ATTAINABLE:

S.M.A.R.T format) To develop a safe environment for the people currently living in the barangay
RELEVANT:
The barangay is prone to floods which can be caused by typhoons. The buildings
in the area are also susceptible to damage and can collapse when there is a strong
earthquake
TIME-BOUND:
This project must be implemented right away for long term convenience. The
earlier the better as it can easily prevent any harm from occurring once disaster
strikes

Limitations
● This project’s budget must be within the limits given by the government.
Conditions ● Residents must know what to do in times of emergency with the learned
knowledge from the seminars.
● The actual cleaning of the drainage system is not included. Only the areas
near it to prevent clogging
