FEATURES GENERAL DESCRIPTION


 Wide Input Range: 9V to 30V The PF7708B is a wide-input voltage range, single-
 Current Mode Control channel, boost WLED controller which can be
 300mV Feedback Reference operated from 9V to 30V. By using PF7708B, the low
 Short LED Protection total BOM cost WLED driver can be achieved.
 Over Current Protection PF7708B integrated the current mode PWM controller
 Over Temperature Protection with a 1000mA/-1500mA output MOSFET driver and a
 Output Over Voltage Protection Dimming Power MOSFET with low Rds(on). In
 PWM Dimming Input addition, all the required protections for WLED
 1000mA/-1500mA Output Driving Capability backlight such as short LED protection, over
temperature protection and output over output voltage
APPLICATIONS protection are implemented in a SOP-8 package to
 LED Backlight minimize the PCB size as well as the component
counts.
