1. Minimum 50% of the stall charges shall be paid at the time of booking. The balance payment shall

16. Under unforeseen and / or exceptional circumstances, the Organisers reserve the right to change
/ alter the floor plan / stall layout, the date, duration & timings of the exposition.
17. The exhibitor shall be fully responsible for insurance against all risks, safety and security of his / her
exhibits, himself / herself, of his / her employees and of the public.
18. The exhibitor shall be fully responsible for any kind of tax liability, other unsettled issues and legal
matters pertaining to the Government and Local Bodies / Authorities.
19. Local and outstation participants / exhibitors shall be fully responsible for complying with GST
Rules as may be applicable from time to time and shall indemnify Organisers from any liability
whatsoever in this regard.
20. Public announcements, quiz, lucky draws and the like from within the stall/s and exposition
premises are prohibited.
21. No demonstration / exhibit / substance shall be allowed within the stall/s and exposition The Indian Institute of Architects
