Full Time Agent:

 Must be 2nd year college


 Willing to undergo training and seminars , site orientation , attend mall manning
and exhibit.
 Has to attain and assist his/her buyer for a site tripping and closing
 Has to gather all the requirements needed for housing loan
 Has to attend meeting and reporting at the office if needed
Note: after 3 sales we will be endorsing you to PRC and HLURB for
Accreditation
Commission rate starts at 3%
Part time Agent:

 At least High school Graduate


 He / she has to gather all requirements and give it to his/her Accredited sales
person /agent partner
 Has to help the follow ups regarding the status of his/her client if needed

Note: part time agents with high school educational attainment is not possible for
PRC and HLURB licensing since one of the requirement is at least 2 nd year college.
Your sales will be under PRC/HLURB Accredited agent, we will give you your partner
who could assist you at all times., those part time agent who wish to have an
Accreditation at PRC and HLURB has to choose the full time agent category.
Starting commission rate is at 2%

Referral Agent:

 Educational attainment is not needed


 Merely a referral agent
Note : all transaction will be coursed thru your PRC HLURB Accredited agent
Commission rate will be fixed at 1.5% based on the total net selling price.
