Forgive Yourself

This document discusses the importance of self-forgiveness. It shares the story of a teenager who was bullied for their appearance in high school and would harshly criticize themselves in the mirror. Their mother took them to an orphanage to see children less fortunate who could not see, hear or walk, reminding them that they are luckier. It quotes sources that say forgiveness is a sign of strength, and that one must forgive themselves in order to forgive others. The key message is that the most difficult forgiveness is of oneself, so one should learn to accept their weaknesses and like themselves for who they are.
