INSTRUCTIONS
1. You are required to reach the selection centre at least 30 mins prior to commencement of
the test. It is mandatory to bring this provisional registration slip alongwith the following
documents on testing day :-

a. Original Computerized NIC/Form 'B' of self and attested photocopy of father's CNIC

b. All Original Education certificates/Degrees (including Detailed Marks Sheets,Sanads and


Transcripts)

c. Equivalence Certificates along with Transcripts for A and O-Level Candidates

d. 02 Fresh Passport size photographs

e. Candidates applying on rural/Balochistan qouta are to bring Domicile / Local Certificate

f. PAF wards are to bring thier parents service certificate/discharge book

g. Engineers are to bring 'PEC' registration certificate and Doctors are to bring 'PMDC'
registration and house job certificates

2. Calculators, mobile phones, laptops/bags, cameras, wrist watches and fancy ballpoint
are not allowed within the selection centre premesis.

3. Following tests will be conducted after the verification of documents:-
