Shamit Aaah of sector 62, NOIDA & Rahul Aandhi of Tuglaq lane, Delhi have
(or is suspected to have) committed the offence unde section 25 and section
9 of the NDPS Act 1985, that you are likely to give material evidence or
produce any document or other thing for the prosecution.
You are hereby summoned to appear before this Court on the 13 th Day
of October of 2019 at 10 o’clock in the morning to produce such document
or thing or to testify what you know concerning the matter of the said
complaint, and not to depart thence without leave of the court; and you are
hereby warned that, if you shall without just excuse neglect to refuse to
appear on the said date, a warrant will be issued to compel your attendance.
