The designated registrar facilitates career orientation program for trainees and
concerned trainers through a one – on – one or a group encounter with parents, students of
the Mirai Empower Foundation Corporation.

Topics discussed/ oriented with them are description of the different courses offered
by the training center, specifically in Beauty Care Services (Nail Care), what are the jobs
involved and the employment opportunities after undergoing the different training programs.

Schedule of screening of training applicant and start of different courses offered are
posted in the bulletin board for information of different clients coming on the training center.
Training applicants register for screening and selection process based on the schedules
given.

Mirai Empower Foundation Corporation has a designated Industry Coordinator who


is collaborating with the concerned trainers in linking with the different industry sector for the
On – the – Job Training (OJT) of trainees and Job Placement graduates.

Referrals its graduates for vacant jobs in the different companies within Negros
Occidental and in other Provinces, Cities and Regions of the country where it has strong
linkages in both private and public sectors. Employment facilitation to graduates are readily
available and assistance to placement agencies with job opportunities locally and abroad.
