Charging the battery by TA.

Check the Battery Voltage. If its voltage level is extremely low(under 3.3V),
Is it more than 3.8V?
Change the battery.

Push the Power Button for 8 seconds. Then

Yes Change the FRONT-LCD ASSY
wait 3 minutes, check the power-on sound or

Check the U500 output voltage If the output voltage is not satisfied with normal

Check the Clock OSC400,

OSC500 No
Is that frequency 24Mhz, Change the OSC4000. or OSC500
32khz each?

Check the TP506, TP518, No It Can be Damaged AP(U403) or LPDDR3 Memory.

TP503 Votage level.
Is it over 1.5V? It is Needed to dump Memory or Check with S/W
Team to Analyze.
So, Change the PBA.
