SD Pen Kit - (Sedona Pen Kit)

Drill Bit required – 25/64" (or 10mm) & 15/32" (11.9mm)

Bushings required – Bushings – BA / SD (A0009)

Turning Diameters

Turn outside diameter of the pen blank down to 13.6mm for the short tube, and 12.3mm for
the long tube.

Assembly

Layout the parts as shown below.

1. Press the Writing nib coupler onto the long tube.

2. Press the End Cap onto the other end.

3. Press the clip assembly onto the short tube.

4. Press the centre band onto the other end.
