A. CONVERSATION TAKING BLOOD PRESSURE


Nurse : Good morning sir, let me introduce my self. My name Amadea and I’m nurse in
this hospital. Can you tell me your name and age, please?

Patient : Good morning miss, my name Bagas and I’m 21th years old.

Nurse : Can I help you? What do you feel today?

Patient : I feel not good enough. I have a headache, and it’s sometime make me can’t
slept at night. I haven’t slept in two days and it is started to made me crazy. I feel
like a zombie now.

Nurse : Do you need me to call the doctor to check your condition?

Patient : Please do anything, it’s just felt so dizzy and I barely can’t see it clear since
everything circle around. It’s so annoying, I can’t do any activity.

Nurse : Did you take your medicine yet?

Patient : I don’t know what medicine to take, because I don’t know what happen with me.

Nurse : OK. Now I will check your blood pressure first, it’s aiming to know your blood
pressure is high or low to know why your head feels dizzy.

Patient : Yes, please.

Nurse : Now I will put this tool in your upper arm, can you roll up your sleeve?

Patient : Yes sure.

Nurse : And now I will start to check your blood pressure, this tool is going to go tight
but don’t worry it won’t be hurt you. And we will wait a minute…. Ohh, your
problem is your blood pressure is too high 160 / 100 that’s what make you feel so
dizzy. Do you have history of hypertension? Or maybe in your family, because it
could be a hereditary disease.
Patient : Yaa, my mom has high blood pressure disease.

Nurse : OK, now you must to maintaining a diet low salt, eat a lot of vegetables, do
excersise regurarly, relax and don’t be stress.

Patient : Thank you miss, you’re very helpful. And thank you for the advice.

Nurse : Your’e welcome sir.

B. CONVERSATION TAKING BLOOD SAMPLE

Nurse : Good afternoon miss, let me introduce my self. My name Bagas and I’m
caregiver in this afternoon. Can you tell me your name and age, please?

Patient : good afternoon sir. My name is Amadea and I’m 21th years old

Nurse : How are you feeling today? Have you got any other symptomps?

Patient : I’m feeling very bad. I felt like I had a knife in my belly, and this is getting
worse than yesterday. I can’t slept at night and I felt nausea when I’m eating.
and now I’m feeling a little feverish and dizzy too.

Nurse : Have you eaten and take your medicine yet?

Patient : Not yet, because now my stomach hurts so much when I’m moving. And I felt
really scared to move. Can you tell me what happened to my stomach? What is
actually in my stomach. This is very disturbing.

Nurse : OK, to know what’s happening to your body. I will take a blood sample to be
examined by the laboratorium.

Patient : Does it hurt? Because I’m afraid of needles.

Nurse : it’s Ok. It wơn’t be hurt. It’s gonna feel like an ant bites.

Patient : Yes, please….

Nurse : Just relax, I will put this tourniquet on the upper veins of the veins, and the palm
of your hand is firmly clutching, take a deep breath.and I’m going to run the
needle into your veins and now you can relax your palm.and finish Doesn’t hurt,
does it? … look at this, I have finished taking a sample of your blood.

Patient : Yeah, it doesn’t hurt at all, thank you sir.

Nurse : Your’e welcome. And now you should try eat that food and taking your
medicine too.

Patient : Yes sir, I’ll try.

Nurse : After eat your food and medicine you should get some rest for your recovery.
When the laboratorium result done. I wil tell you as soon as possible.

Patient : Ok sir.
