We have audited the accompanying Balance Sheet of M/S. HOT HUT as at 30 June 2012 and the

related Income Statement for the year ended on that date with the books of accounts, vouchers and other

relevant documents as maintained and produced to us during the course of our audit and subject to our

audit observation notes appearing hereinafter and we report as under:

belief were necessary for the purposes of our audit and made due verification thereof;

 In our opinion, the annexed Balance Sheet and Income Statement have been drawn up in

conformity with the Law; and

 Such annexed Balance Sheet and Income Statement exhibits a true and fair view of the state of

the affairs of the organization according to the best of our information and explanations given to

us and as shown by the books maintained and produced before us by the organization.
