(These Are A Guidance and Can Vary Depending On Circumstances)

Time off in lieu can be earned in specific ways such as working bank holidays, overtime, or attending mandatory training outside of normal hours. All time off in lieu must be authorized by a superintendent or Helen, and must be used within one year or it will be lost. Staff are entitled to an 11 hour rest period if called into work overnight, and compensation rules vary depending on the time called in and scheduled shift. Lunch breaks, late arrivals, and mandatory meetings all factor into the accrual and use of time off in lieu.
