Challenges are the act of life. Yes, it’s an act which always thrives to bring greatness from you.

It
makes you be resilient and give a purpose to live. Once you overcome the challenge it expands your
conscience and helped you to reach the epitome of success.
I faced challenges while I was studying in intermediate college. I was not able to get to understand the
subject. I took help from professors and seniors. But still, I was unable to do it. I always blamed
others not to teach me well. After six months one day, I retrospected why I was not able to do so. Was
I capable? I started cleansing from inside and then I understood it was my fault.
This helped me a lot during my corporate tenure. Changing the domain always baffled me about my
capability to adopt the change. But my old memories always inspired me that I can do it.

Last year I started to prepare for the b-school admission test. But this time I had to make a balance
between my personal aspiration and work life. Due to my busy schedule, I did not get enough time to
prepare for the exam. I understood my preparation was below the watermark. Responsibility for the
job and peer pressure bewildered me. But I determined myself to push my self as hard as possible.
And at last, I overcame the hurdles and got admission in Xavier Institute of Management,
Bhubaneswar.

It all started during my school days. During my lunch hour when I opened the tiffin box, but I
preferred to call it magic box, it put a smile on my face. And the same thing did not happen when my
mother opened this box. She worried about it. But she is a problem solver. She made my tiffin ready
for the next morning. I returned home but this time she smiled with satisfaction. There was some
aluminum-foil left in my tiffin, it was freshwrapp from Hindalco.
When I started my career in the corporate world I was baffled with my corporate attire. However,
once I stepped into the shopping mall, all my doubt cloud disappeared. Brands like Louis Philippe,
Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Peter England, and People were under one roof. To keep me updated with
the changing world Idea cellular played a vital role. Its fastest network always makes my life easier
whether its a long business meeting over skype or weekend cricket matches. During my busy schedule
when I did not get time to buy a gift to my sister on 'Rakha Bandhan', Abof helped me a lot. Within a
click, I sent a gift and made her day great.
Aditya Birla is bigger than the brand and part of our cultural Integrity. This is how Aditya Birla Group
is big in my life.
