HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT-TEAM CONTRACT

Purpose of Team Contract

​ This contract will outline our team’s goals, expectations, policies, and procedures. It will be referenced in order to resolve any challenges or conflicts
that may arise within the team.

(1). GOALS

Our goal is to explain the roles and objectives of human resources functions found in many organizations which include Recruitment and Selection,
Performance Management, Training Development, Compensation and Benefits, Health and Safety and Employee Rights and Discipline. We will be
working together as a team to explain how the following HR functions Interact and depend on each other. Further, we will describe HR programs and
they Support employees. Moreover, we will explain the importance of linking HR programs with the organization’s strategy to achieve organizational
goals and objectives. Our other goal is to improve our communication and time management skills while working together in a team on this project.
How will we do it?
● Gather all the information about the HR Functions through different means, like the internet, books and other sources of information.
● Afterward, we will discuss it with each other and try to understand it completely.
● Lastly, we will assign parts to each group member to do in the project.
(2). ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILED PROJECT PLAN WITH DEADLINES

We as a team have decided to allocate various key topics related to the company.

We will begin taking a shot at this report by 28​th​ March. By April 2​nd​ or 3​rd,​ we will arrange a gathering over Video call to perceive how far we have
come and with what data we are prepared and examine our inquiries individually and see what more can be added to each question. Changes will be
executed by everybody subsequently so that there is no single possibility of mistake. On the off chance that we begin working as per this arrangement,
we will have the option to present our report before the cutoff time, for example, 15​th​ April. This will permit us sufficient opportunity to anticipate
possibilities, if the circumstance requests, and still have the option to effectively convey before the cutoff time.

3: ​PROCEDURES FOR DECISION MAKING:

4: ​INTERPERSONAL BEHAVIOUR:
Way of communication:

● The fastest mode of communication which we will be using is the WhatsApp group we created called the HR team.
● WhatsApp calls arranged in groups will help us to keep forth our views and to listen to others at the same time in this self-isolation time.
● E-mails can be used to share large files for example research files and the history of our company.
● Google docs to make the assignment simultaneously.

Conflict Management

Whenever a team member fails to follow the terms outlined in the contract, it will be considered as a contract breach. The group will operate on a
three-breach policy, which is outlined below:
Breach One - The team member will receive a team warning about their actions and the discussion must be documented.
Breach Two - The team will have a team discussion about the issues that have surfaced. The group members will prepare a written summary of the
issues and the agreed-upon resolution. This written summary will be emailed to the instructor via email.
Breach Three - The team member will lose their peer evaluation marks for the section under which they have not performed, and the instructor emailed
on the final summary of issues. Any further issues with regard to this particular contract matter will be taken to the instructor to suggest a solution.
If there is a problem with a team member who already has three breaches against them, the issue will then be taken to the instructor to determine a
solution. The instructor reserves the right to determine the final evaluation decision. Any minor disagreements that groups have during a meeting will
be put to a vote. Always proceed with the idea that the majority of votes wins. If a team member feels that they are not being heard by anyone, it is
their responsibility to notify the team to discuss his or her concerns openly

EXPECTATIONS AND NORMS


● It is the understanding that each team member will treat all members of the team with respect and encouraging nature.
● Each member should be able to freely discuss their ideas and opinions with the team without the concern of being dismissed or talked
down to.
● Each team member is to attend each meeting or discussion with all the required materials. It is expected that each member is aware of all
assignments, due dates and the work they are responsible for.
