The Importance of Self Excersice at Home During Social Distancing

I. INTRODUCTION
a. General info: knowing the importance of exercise during social dan physical
distancing
b. Thesis statement: to know what is excersice, the importance of excersice, why we
need doing excersice and how many often we need to do it. We can doing self
excersice from many source like youtube, online class, Instagram, and etc.

II. BODY PARAGRAPH 1: Since the Covid-19 pandemic spread throughout the
world, we are required by the government to conduct social distancing.
a. Social distancing or physical distancing means keeping space between yourself and
other people from home.
b. COVID-19 spreads mainly among people who are in close contact (within about 6
feet) for a prolonged period. Spread happens when an infected person coughs,
sneezes, or talks, and droplets from their mouth or nose are launched into the air and
land in the mouths or noses of people nearby. 
c. Quarantine is used to keep someone who might have been exposed to COVID-19
away from others. Someone in self-quarantine stays separated from others, and they
limit movement outside of their home or current place.

d. Isolation is used to separate sick people from healthy people. People who are in
isolation should stay home.
III. BODY PARAGRAPH 2: during social distancing, we need to do self exsercise
 Best way for outdoor self excersice : dog walking, cycling, walking around home
safely exercising outdoors during coronavirus outbreak
 The benefits of exercise are many, as are the benefits of spending time in nature.
You don't need science to know that spending a little time outdoors and moving your body
can almost instantly boost your mood
 Best way for indoor self excersice : yoga, aerobic, pilates, jump rope swimming and
fitness. We can do that way by online course from youtube or Instagram.
a. Example for simple self exercise. You can do it by yourself or with your family.

IV . BODY PARAGRAPH 3: The benefit of self exsercise


a. Exercise can reduce stress and anxiety, two things everyone needs while weathering
the coronavirus outbreak. 
b. Exercise can also reduce symptoms of depression and help with mood regulation. 
c. Physical activity can help you sleep better at night
V. CONCLUSION PARAGRAPH
a. Social distancing, or physical distancing is a set of non-pharmaceutical
interventions or measures taken to prevent the spread of a contagious disease by
maintaining a physical distance between people and reducing the number of times
people come into close contact with each other.
b. Keeping yourself active not only benefits you physically, but it is also extremely
important for keeping a healthy mental state. As quarantine times are extended
across Indonesia and the rest of the country, it can be extremely mentally taxing for
individuals who are used to daily socialization. Suddenly being cut off from in-
person social interactions, combined with being stuck in all day and inactive is a
recipe for lack of motivation and even depression.
