RECLAIM YOUR

DREAMS
Worksheets
Are you ready to follow your dreams?

Since you’re here, I’m going to assume that the answer is yes, and that you are ready
to begin.

What follows in these worksheets are targeted exercises and powerful questions that
will move you from a place of confusion and uncertainty to a place of clarity and confi-
dence.

Most of all, you will start to form a powerful relationship between your mind and heart,
and start tapping into all the resources that you have within you. Yes, you already have
all the power you need. Now we are going to start releasing it.

1
Part one: unbrainwashing
or Creating Room For Your Dreams to Grow

CHAPTER ONE

Reclaim Ownership
of Your Mind
What does it mean to fearlessly go with yourself?

2
On a scale of 1-10, how committed are you to following your heart? What would it take
to make that a 10?

In what area(s) of your life are you giving up your power?

What in your life can you start taking greater responsibility for that will have the great-
est impact for you? Why?

3
What actions will you need to take to assume greater responsbility and experience
more deliberate joy?

What parts of yourself will you need to stop listening to in order to reclaim ownership
of your mind and your life?

4
CHAPTER TWO

Stop Caring
Where in your life may you be caring too much (toxic caring)?

How will not caring about those things allow you to focus more on what matters?
What will it allow you to now do, be or have?

5
Write down and commit to three things you’ll care less about, in order to make more
room in your life for the things that matter.

One:

Two:

Three:

What passions do you put off engaging in until after you’ve done the so-called “re-
quired” chores?

What is the most important thing you will now stop putting off? When will you stop?

Are you living based on someone else’s template (society, parents, peers, etc.)? If so,
what would it look like for you to completely live on your own terms?

6
What things deter your from living on your own terms? Are they fears, doubts, worries?

What can you do to face those deterants head-on, each day?

7
CHAPTER THREE

Undomesticate Yourself
What are the biggest self-limiting beliefs that are currently holding you back from liv-
ing your dreams?

What empowering beliefs would you like to adopt instead? How will you remind your-
self of these new beliefs (mirror notes, vision board, journal, etc)?

8
How can slowing down allow you to get more out of life?

What does it mean to be incredible, rather than seeking incredible things? What does
it mean to be resourceful, rather than seeking resources?

What are three ways you can take more responsibility for your life?

One:

Two:

Three:

The main goal of Reclaim Your Dreams and these worksheets is to help you integrate
your heart and your mind.

Is the practical side of you drowning out your heart? Or is your heart coming through

9
clear, but you need to figure out the practical application? Which one is it?

How can you better integrate the two, so one doesn’t overpower the other?

10
CHAPTER FOUR

Define Your Dreams

Have you taken the time to define your dreams? What exactly are they? Use this page
to clearly define your dreams. Be as specific or ambiguous as you like.

11
Life may not inherently have a purpose, but that doesn’t mean we can’t choose one for
ourselves. What would you like your purpose to be?

To help you further define your purpose, how do you want to be remembered when
you die? What’s the legacy you want to leave behind?

Write out your top 12 values:

One: Two: Three:

Four: Five: Six:

Seven: Eight: Nine:

Ten: Eleven: Twelve:

12
Now list your top three values out of the twelve. Be brutal if you must.

One:

Two:

Three

What insights do your top values reveal? What do they say about what’s most
important to you?

What will you do to live more in alignment with those values? Be specific.

13
Dream Sanctuary Design
This next section is focused on helping you design your personal “dream sanctuary.”
This is your tool for not just reviving or keeping your dreams alive, but as a sustainable
way to motivate yourself. I personally use a vision board every day and I contribute it
to being one of the greatest resources to my success.

First, pick the medium that you’re most attracted to. The three main categories are:

øø Vision Board — Could be on a cork board, poster board, or journal.

øø Digital Vision Board — Same thing as a vision board, but could be the wallpaper
background on your computer, or a folder on your desktop. Better for the more
digitally inclined.

øø Dream Movie — Vision board in motion. Best for those that are more moved by
images and affirmations put to music.

Now, let’s brainstorm the images, music, and words that are going to create the most
compelling vision-on-steroids tool for you.

What images and words do your top values bring to mind for you?

14
What is your wildest dream? What images are associated with it?

If you could wave a magic wand and be exactly in your ideal work-life situation in six
months, what would that look like?

What quotes or words does your life purpose reveal at the core? What are the
central themes?

15
Who are your biggest teachers? What are some of your favorite quotes from them?
(Google these if you need to.)

If you had to put it into words or images, in what way would you describe your “best
version” of you?

What central themes are coming up in your answers? What are the underlying pat-
terns?

16
Now that you’ve gotten some good clay to play with, it’s time to start shaping your
dream sanctuary tool.

You should have all you need by now to make it a reality. The creating part, and how
you want to structure it, is up to you.

17
CHAPTER FIVE

Overcoming Uncertainty
What are you uncertain of? Does your fear of the unknown hold you back?

What can you do to make the unknown less unknown? In other words, how can you
gain some real world data so that you’re no longer guessing whether or not you’ll fail?

18
In order to overcome our fear of uncertainty, we need to start small by exercising our
ability to tolerate the unknown. What are three small risks you can take to help you
practice expanding your uncertainty threshold?

One:

Two:

Three:

Too often we don’t take action because we’re not sure where to start. We use the ex-
cuse “I don’t know” by default, not consciously.

How can you change your auto-response from “I don’t know” to “I’ll figure it out”?

What can you do to surround yourself with like-minded people; those that have the
same vision, dreams, and aspirations as you do?

19
Where are three places you might find these people?

One:

Two:

Three:

What will you do to start making these connections?

20
CHAPTER SIX

Reclaiming Ownership of
Your Time
What would you really like to do or accomplish but have always felt that you didn’t
have enough time?

What will you have to do to make time? What will you have to give up?

What are your biggest time-sinks?

21
What will you need to do to eliminate those time-sinks (reminders, removing yourself
from the distraction, etc.)?

It’s impossible to eliminate a bad habit. You can only replace it with a new one. So
what will you do to stay focused on creating your new, more useful habits?

It can be hard not to resent your current situation when you’re not exactly where you
want to be. What are some things you can do to keep perspective and balance?

22
CHAPTER SEVEN

Creating Love Money

Are there any areas of your life where you’re making a lifestyle choice that you don’t
really need or want, instead of pursuing your passion? What are some of the things
you could afford to give up?

What will you do with the money you’ll save? Will you devote it to a particular inter-
est or passion you’ve been wanting to delve into? Or will you put the money aside to
transition into quitting your job and doing what you love full-time?

23
In order to create an income doing something you love, you’ll need to find where your
passions, strengths, and values (what others are willing to pay you for) intersect. Take a
look at this diagram for a better example.

24
Since neither this ebook nor these worksheets are designed to help you create an in-
come doing what you love, we’ll just cover the basics.

Within your passion, or dream-business, can you identify an existing market (competi-
tion)? If yes, that’s a good thing.

What can you do to start offering your services for free, to see if anyone is interested in
what you have to offer?

How can you focus on creating the most value possible for others, while following your
deepest passion?

25
What is the intersection between your most personal goals and the world’s deep
need? This is the place where you have the potential for great contribution (money)
and deep personal fulfillment (passion).

If you’d like to create an income doing what you love, you might like the free video
and test I created called The Passion + Profits Test.

It will teach you how to know if your idea will make you money before you start. No
more putting your idea on hold because you don’t know if people will be willing to pay
you for it. And no more fearing that you’ll waste a lot of time setting something up and
decide later that you’re not as interested as you thought.

Moving in the direction
of Your dreams
Living your dreams isn’t as much about accomplishment or culmination as it is about
direction and continual, persistent action.

It’s not so much about where you want to be, but the path that you want to follow.

These last few questions and explorations are about maintaining that perspective mov-
ing forward.

What is the difference between real, authentic growth, and doing something because
you think you should, or because it’s a “good idea”?

What does it mean to you to be completely congruent in all areas of your life (integra-
tion of heart and mind)?

27
How do you balance your desire to follow your dreams, and reach a destination, while
walking the path and living in the moment?

Will you make the commitment to living your dreams, no matter what it takes? How
will you keep yourself accountable?

What will you do to celebrate your new commitment?
