weeks to service all AC's in all 10 colonies 50 days/5 days = 10 Weeks
We have to do 3 servicing per year 10 x 3 = 30 Weeks
Each month has 4 weeks (4 Weeks x 12 Months = 48 weeks) We are left with 18 weeks with "NO WORK"
We can serve 2 more societies in that period and can keep 1 week as a Conclusion

So, we are making the net profit of "3 Lakhs 32 Thousand" per year
If we could tie up with many housing colonies then it may increase x2, x3, x4, x5, x6
How to make it successful ?
1.We can directly pitch it to secretaties of societies
2. We can go to Estate agents and offer them a commision for every successful introduction in the society
3. We can run "Refer and Earn" campaign
Hurdles & Doubts ??
1. I have presumed that our workman will be able to work for 8 hours in a day but we may face situations where we will have
to do servicing as per customer's availability
Solution = We can work in a second shift only.
2. We will not get 75 customers in all the societies. We may get low or more too.
Solution = So, I have kept 5 days working. If anything doesn't go as per our plan, we have 1 day in our hand out of 7 days per
week. We will be giving only 1 day holiday and work for 6 days.
3. Profit is too low.
Justificatin = Yes, in the beginning our profit seenms too low. But, if take it as a long journey then we can 10x the profit by
reaching our to more than 100+ housing colonies.
4. How long will it take to tie up with 100+ housing colonies?
Ans = If everything goes as per our plan, it shouldn't take more than 3 Years. As soon as we start rolling, we will be making new
customers and if we run some good marketing campaigns, these customers might help us by doing mouth publicity.
