1.We offer to execute the Works described above and remedy any defects therein conforming
with the conditions of Contract, specification, drawings, Bill ofQuantities and Address for the
sum(s) of 6,45,47,984.69 (Six Crore, Fourty Five Lakhs ,Fourty Seven Thousand and Nine
hundred Eighty Four and Sixty Nine Paisa only.)
2. We undertake, if our Bid is accepted, to commence the works as soon as isreasonably possible
after the receipt of the Engineer’s notice to commence, and to complete the whole of the works
comprised in the Contract within the time stated in the document.
3. We agree to abide by this Bid for the period of 180 days after the deadline date fixed for
receiving the same, and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before
the expiration of that period.
4. Unless and until a formal Agreement is prepared and executed this Bid, together with your
written acceptance thereof, shall constitute a binding contract between us.
5. We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any tender you may receive.
6. We accept appointment of Shri ___________________________________ as the Dispute
