• Uniform Allowance

-Pertains to the uniform for all of the employees which costs

• Utility Expense

-This includes electricity expense (10,000.00php/month), water

expense (10,000.00php/month) and telephone expense
(5,000.00php/month). All of the utility expense garners a total amount of
25,000.00php.

• License Expense

-Expense for business permits and sanitary permits will all cost
4,000.00php.

• Advertising Expense

-This includes the cost of tarpaulin and advertisement through

radio/television during the first month of its operation. The business will
allot a sum of 50,000.00php for advertising purposes. Advertising will be
done every six months of operation. On the second quarter of our
operation same cost of advertising will be implemented.

• Rent Expense

-The business will pay 37,500.00php a month for the space used.

• Salary Expense

-The amount paid for the services of the employees working in the

business operation. The owners took the average amount of the prices of all the
suggested products of “Froozy” (40.00php) that will be multiplied in the everyday
expected costumers (250/day). The owners did this kind of estimation because it
is the most precise approach to do to determine the sales of the business. And
the business focuses on the costumer’s interaction on its products they are free
