Mindset
Immerse yourself in whatever it is and become that. Give yourself no way out. That is the mindset of
getting through things. We have no idea what is in us, until we start trying hard, really trying hard.
When it’s not fun, but you understand that it’s not always meant to be fun, that’s when you know you’re
trying hard. The feeling you get is basically invincibility.
“Be not conformed to this world, but be transformed.”
How? By the renewing of your mind.
A very fierce battle is being raged for the control of your mind. Guard your thought line.
Be careful what comes into your mind, because you have to think pure thoughts.
God made a man so that he can’t think two things at the same time. And if you are thinking what’s right,
you can not be thinking what’s wrong.
So how do you keep from thinking what’s wrong? Just think what’s right.
Do not fight evil. Overcome evil with good.
Let go, let God and move forward.
“Prayer is the language of the age to come.”
The man who can kneel before God can stand before anyone else.
Fear is going to be a part of your life, but you decide how much.
If you’re gonna win this battle over the fear, you have got to see yourself through Gods eyes.
One fear – the Holy fear of God, removes all other fears.
You have two choices for your life: fear or love. Choose love.
Strongholds
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal,
but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.”
Stronghold is something that has a strong hold on me.
It’s something that’s gripping my life, that I can’t seem to get away from and it’s got a hold on me.
Strongholds are often the result of deep wounding. The woundings often occurred as I was growing
up. The strongholds are more historical. Yes, I was wounded. Yes, this took place in my life.
But the power of the stronghold is not that I was wounded, it’s the lies I believed because I was
wounded. A stronghold always has, in its foundation, a false belief system. It’s something that I believe
is true, that is not true, but as long as I believe it’s true – it is going to have a hold on my life.
Life doesn’t happen to you, YOU happen to your life.
You ARE what's happening, you are THE happening!
Words
“The tongue has a power of life and death, and those that love it will eat its fruit.”
We are the sum total of the positive and negative statements people have spoken over our lives, that we
have chosen to believe. The keyword is believe.
You are the sum total of everything people have spoken over your life, that you have believed.
The words you hear, and then chose to believe about yourself, have shaped your life.
This is for both positive words and negative words. Understand that the words have supernatural power.
What words have been spoken over your life, that you have allowed to take root and create a
stronghold in your life?
If you believe the negative things that have been said to you, it will have a hold over your life and it will
keep you a defeated person. This is why the word of God says we have to tear down the strongholds.
If we don’t, they will be used as a point of entry by the enemy, to hinder the plan of God in your life,
to frustrate you, to ensure you don’t reach your full potential in Christ.
God has created you for great and mighty things, but you have allowed words that have been spoken over
you, to create strongholds in your life to hinder you. Rise up in the name of Jesus!
“The wicked flee” , “The righteous are as bold as a lion.”
There is nothing that exists powerful enough to stop you. Put your eyes on Jesus!
Boldness comes from knowing that Jesus is with you!
Jesus didn’t come to get you out of trouble. He came to get into trouble with you and He will be with you.
In essence, the most important thing in life is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
The basis of boldness is you keep company with God, the Son.
The royal blood of Heaven is flowing through your veins. Angels go before you!
You are anointed with the power of the Holy Spirit!
Hell can’t stop you, because you are the child of the Son of the Living God!
Act like it. Think like it. Talk like it. Live like it. In Jesus name!
Don’t complain. Expect the battle! Anticipate. Be prepared. When they come up against you, when
everything is coming against you – get ready to fight! Say: “Come on! I was waiting for you, I am ready!”
Every act of obedience will be met with some type of spiritual opposition. When you are moving
forward for God, the prince of darkness does not like it and he will try to stop whatever it is you’re doing.
If you are not ready to face the opposition for your obedience to God, you are not ready to be used
by God. When you follow Jesus, your friends are going to make fun of you because you are different from
this world. There will be opposition because what you are doing is significant! You are moving the
Gospel forward. Don’t be surprised when your enemy tries to oppose it. When you obey – expect it!
Bold obedience triggers opposition from hell, but also releases miracles from Heaven.
Put on the Holy Armour of God and fight! It’s not over until God says it’s over.
