Raghavendra Rao B

Raghavendra Rao Bondada, the founder of Bondada Engineering Pvt. Ltd is an accomplished leader with more than 15
years of experience across many sectors including projects in Telecom, Power, Transmission & Transmission, Renewable
Energy, Pre Engineered Buildings and Industrial infrastructure. He is well known as BRR in the industry.

Prior to which he was heading the overall operations as COO and Executive Director of Aster Pvt. Ltd. Under his
leadership, Aster has grown at a phenomenal pace in the last 12 years having touched a turnover of over Rs. 1200 Cr for
financial year ending March 2010, and grown at a rate of over 80% Y-o-Y since inception. His vast experience, in concept to
completion of EPC projects has helped him to develop a wide network with clients. He is best remembered for his
perseverance, target achievement and ability to get the best from the team.

BRR has a strong expertise in Project Management and EPC contracts in both domestic and international markets. Some
of the main projects in which he was involved were Microwave Tower Backbone Networks of Bharti Airtel, Vodafone, Tata,
Reliance, BSNL and 400kv Transmission line projects for Power grid, APTRANSCO and GETCO. He received a personal
appreciation letter from CEA (Government of India) for completion of 400kv transmission line between Kottagudem -
Khammam ahead of schedule. He is instrumental in getting many awards and appreciations from various clients to his
previous organisation.

BRR holds bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering from Nagarjuna University. He has in-depth experience in the areas of
Leadership Development, Human Potential Development, Performance Management, Communication and Administration.
He was the man who played key role in formulating many policies & procedures, devising organisational development plans
at Aster for smooth operations. He was responsible for P&L accounts of all verticals and growth strategy at Aster by
leveraging his strong clientele relationships.
