QUALITY POLICY
Green Top Contracting Co. Ltd. (GTC) is committed to providing high standard quality
work, timely completion, providing a safe working environment and continually
improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction by focusing on customer
requirements.
VALIDATING PROCESS
To maintain global standards and Client requirements, GTC periodically validates its
Procedures, Equipment and other Facilities.
SELF CONTROL PROTOCOLS
GTC uses self-control protocols (PI's) implemented to ensure that our products are
traceable and properly documents the projects delivered, by means of a
comprehensive dossier along with the as-built documentation, certificates of
materials, testing & commissioning protocols, and operating & maintenance
instructions for end-users.
TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) APPROACH
