• You can have all the knowledge in the world as well as the best tools and still fail miserably as a consultant.


• The most important thing you can posses is a steel cutting, laser like focus. 


• Pro tip #1: Block out entire days to work on specific tasks, don’t multitask. Eg. Sales M-W, Deliver T-F. 


• Pro tip #2: Never start your day by checking social media, email etc. Dive straight into your work and don’t
get distracted for the entire day. Let chaos build up in other areas and leave it, you must learn to focus. 


• Pro tip #3: Learn to fall in love with your work, not the byproducts of your work. If you don’t absolutely love
doing what you’re doing then you will never be able to focus and develop mastery. Spirit not scoreboard. 


• Pro tip #4: Go dark to get things done. If you have a deadline or a big project to deliver on, remove yourself
from the world, stay inside, turn your phone off, don’t touch email or social media and don’t come back to
reality until the project is done. This is the most effective strategy I know of, it’s one of my secret weapons.
