1.Introduction
Oxygen bomb aging tester is used for wire and cable, rubber (plastics and artificial
leather) insulating layer and a sheath, and other polymer materials under the
provisions of the pressure and temperature, or in oxygen and compressed air
medium testing. It meets the General requirements IEC60335-1.

 Maximum working pressure: 4.0Mpa
 Safety blasting pressure: 2.7－3.3MP/cm2
 Temperature self-control range: 0－200℃(room temperature)
 Exterior Dimensions: 560×420×670mm
 Tank volume: 4000cm3
 Heater power: 2.4KW
 Temperature alarm: 0-130℃(adjustable)
 Temperature Deviation: ±0.5℃
 Temperature control: Intelligent control, digital display
 Air bomb test: The medium is air, the temperature is 127℃, the pressure is
0.55MPa
 Oxygen bomb test: The test medium is oxygen, the temperature is 70℃, the
pressure is 2.1MPa
 Tank material: The inside for stainless steel, outside for cold rolled steel plate
electrostatic spraying.
