renewable energies. The company designs innovative
solutions to address its client´s specific requirements to enable
them to optimize their wind turbine parts, especially in power
converters. The main goal of company is to improve the
performance, increase the robustness and extend the lifetime
of power electronic products. The company can provide
various facilities to clients such as custom schematic design,
PCB layout, software development, power electronic
simulation etc.

Reverse Engineering, Repair, Remanufacturing & Refurbishing

Designing portable functional testers for wind turbine parts (ABB, SKIIP, Ingeteam,
Infineon Modstack, GE, MD2000 etc.) to diagnose failure components in the field.

Custom IGBT gate driver, power stack, inverters design

Egrtech is also offering an alternative manufacturer facility


that refurbishes and remanufactures the older power electronic
products, especially for wind turbines, solar energy and motor
driver applications. Our specialization is to optimize and
redesign obsolete power electronic systems to innovative
solutions.

The other facility of company offers high quality repair services


that fixes older power converters, IGBT stacks, electronic boards,
IGBT gate driver boards, solar inverters and relevant power
electronic systems with suitable test procedures. As well, each
repaired product supported by certain period of warranty

EGDR-81C
The new Egrtech EGDR-81C Gate Driver is designed
to drive 1200V/1700V EconoPACK package IGBTs
available from a wide range of manufacturers such
as Infineon, Semikron and Fuji electric. Compatible
direct replacement of ABB AGDR-61C, AGDR-71C,
AGDR-81C, AGDR-66C, AGDR-72C, AGDR-76C,
AGDR-62C boards.

EGDR-81C Features

• Optocoupler-less technology for galvanic insulation


• Symmetrical gate driver PCB layout for each phase
• No tantalum capacitor used
• Enhanced high operating temperature range
• Excellent current sharing in parallel connection
• Internal self-protection such as Under voltage lockout
protection, saturation and short circuit etc.
• Compatible direct replacement of ABB AGDR-61C,
AGDR-71C, AGDR-81C, AGDR-66C, AGDR-72C, AGDR-
76C, AGDR-62C boards.

Egrtech offers high quality repair services with suitable test procedures for
wind turbine brands such as Gamesa, Nordex, GE, Siemens, Repower,
Fuhrländer, Senvion, Tacke, Südwind, Alstom, Ingeteam etc.
As well, each repaired product supported by certain period of warranty
condition. Also, all repairs are testing to ensure that the product operates as
expected.
