Personality Matters More than Beauty

Which is more important Beauty or personality? At any time in this transparent


and replicative world we always consider personality at the upper hand than
beauty. If people could easily judge the personality of a person i.e. inner beauty,
they wouldn’t care about the outer beauty. Inner beauty is for more important
than outer beauty. Inner beauty simply refers to the personality of a person,
including their mind and characters. Outer beauty means the look of a person. So
why is inner beauty more important than outer beauty? Outer beauty can be a
fake one, a pretended one but inner beauty can’t lie. The look of a person can be
easily changed through tons of ways, for example, make up, dressing, or even
cosmetic surgery. It is because they think outer beauty is everything. They forget
about the inside, their inner beauty which can’t be changed it reflects their inner
soul. If a person looks so attractive, but having evil thoughts, would they be a
reliable friend of others? What kind of friends will be more popular, the one with
a pretty face or a friendly, hardworking and helpful person, but with a “not-that-
good-looking” appearance? If you don’t have an awesome look, it doesn’t really
matter, just be good inside. People around you will finally appreciate you when
they know you. We say don't judge a book by its cover, but quickly make opinions
about someone on the basis of their appearance. Our society is obsessed with
looks. But we shouldn't forget that, if the heart or soul is hollow, no amount of
good looks are going to make someone beautiful. Rather than judging people on
their physical appearance, it's important to understand their inner beauty. Just
we need to remember, a thing about inner beauty: unlike physical beauty, which
grabs the spotlight on itself, inner beauty shines on everyone, catching them,
holding them in its embrace, making them more beautiful.
