Move-In Condition Form

Upon your move-in, the apartment you are leasing was professionally prepared and cleaned. It
is your responsibility to maintain the apartment in a clean and damage-free condition and deliver it
back at the end of the lease term in a similar condition, save for normal wear and tear.
Below is a statement of existing conditions at the time the apartment was turned over to you.
You are asked to carefully review all of the conditions herein noted. This document will serve as
the basis for charges if damages are caused by you, your family, your guests or invitees.
