Setup Procedure

Quantum HD Unity Liquid Injection with Hansen motorized valve.


EZ Cool LIOC is used to control the compressor discharge temperature and subsequently the oil and oil separator temperatures.
•Log into the Quantum HD Unity as a Service User.
•Go to Menu>Package>Liquid Injection LIOC.
•Enable Liquid Injection Oil Cooling.
•Set the Valve Type setpoint to Analog Modulating.
•Set the ON & OFF Solenoid Control setpoints for your application. Default setpoints are On 122°F, Off 121°F.
•Set the EZ Cool PI Control setpoints for your application. Default setpoints are Control Setpoint 160°F, PB 25°F, IT 30 Sec,
120/240 VAC 75 W transformer High Limit 100%, Low Limit 0%, I/O Board 1, I/O Output Channel 4, Port Multiplier 1, Analog board 1, I/O Output Channel 4, Port Multiplier 1
•Adjustments may be needed to these setpoints for your application.
639A0130H02 •Calibrate the analog output channel for the 4-20 mA signal. Refer to the Quantum HD Unity Operation manual for calibration instructions.
