Contract: The Buyer:Puresun Trading Co., LTD

This contract is between PureSun Trading Co., Ltd. of Taiwan and Truong Phu Vinh One Member Co., Ltd. of Vietnam for the sale of 64,800 kg of coconut sap and extract at $0.6 per kg for a total of $38,880. Payment will be made through an L/C and delivery must be no later than March 19, 2019 to any port in Taiwan from Vietnam. Required documents include a bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Any disputes will be settled through arbitration in Vietnam. Both parties agree to fully carry out the contract.

ARTICLE 5 : Arbitration
In the course of execution of the contract, all disputes not
reaching as amicable agree shall be settled by the international Center
under Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam whose awards
shall be as final and binding both sides. The feed for the arbitration and
other charge will be born by the losing side.

ARTICLE 6: General article


The both sides undertake to carry out this contract fully. Any
change or amendment to this contract will be valid only after a written
agreement has been duty signed by both sides
This contract come into force from the signing date and is made
out in 04 English originals in the same value, 02 for each.
