RESOLUTION OF CORPORATION AUTHORIZING AN OFFICER
TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT
RESOLVED, That a bank account for PANTOY TAILORING
COMPANY, INC. (PTC INC.), is authorized to be opened with the
SECURITY BANK; that said bank account shall be opened and processed
by the TREASURER of PTC INC. as authorized by this resolution; that all
funds of, and checks payable to, PTC INC., be deposited therein; that all
funds so deposited shall be withdrawn only by checks or by withdrawal slips
duly signed by the TREASURER of the corporation and countersigned by
the PRESIDENT of the corporation.
RESOLVED, further, That a signed true copy of this resolution be
filed with the said bank, with specimens of the signature of said officers
lawfully authorized to sign for and in behalf of PTC INC., until the bank is
otherwise notified by PTC INC.

NOTICE OF CALL
Notice is here by given that at a meeting of the board of directors of
the PANTOY TAILORING COMPANY INC. held on January 15, 2020,
unpaid subscriptions to the capital stock of the corporation (or the
percentage thereof declared value) were declared due and payable to the
principal office of the corporation at 221 SAN JOSE EXTENTION,
TACLOBO, DUMAGUETE CITY on April 20, 2020. All stock upon which
the subscription, with interest accrued, has not been paid on April 20, 2020,
will be delinquent and advertised for sale at a public auction, and unless
payment of the subscription, with interests and costs accrued, is made before
sale of the stock, same stock will be sold on June 25, 2020 to pay the amount
of the subscription and accrued interest together with the costs of advertising
and expenses of sale.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
KNOW EVERYONE BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, NONITO F. DONAIRE, Filipino, of legal age, single, with
residence and post office address at 221 San Jose Extension, Dumaguete
City, Negros Oriental, being of sound mind and disposing mind and
memory, and not acting under undue influence or intimidation from anyone,
do hereby declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in
English, the language which I am well conversant. In lieu with this, I hereby
declare that:
1.) I want to be married next to my dog, JUAN DE LA CRUZ;
2.) I give to my only son NONITHREE G. DONAIRE, my only house in
Bajumpandan;
3.) I designate MANUEL G. PACQUIAO as administrator of this Last
Will and Testament;
4.) I direct that the administrator need not present any bond;
5.) I revoke all of my other wills or any testamentary dispositions that I
have made preceding this Last Will and Testament.

DEMAND LETTER
My client, BONING G. TANOL, the landlord of the premises of
which you are the leasing, endorsed to me the matter of your overdue
accountability in the amount of ONE MILLION PESOS ONLY
(P1,000,000.00), representing your unpaid rentals.
Despite my client’s several demands, you refused to settle the account
up to present.
In lieu with this, you are given FIFTEEN (15) DAYS from receipt of
this demand letter to pay the aforesaid amount, plus 3% interest starting
February 14, 2019, and 6% collection fee; otherwise, I shall be constrained
to file the necessary legal action against you to collect the said amount, plus
attorney’s fees thereon as well as litigation expenses.
