architectural. DoorDash is a food delivery platform, which offers to deliver food from nearby
restaurants. The delivery platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub have used the power of
technology to provide to transform the entire concept of restaurant food. It has brought the
restaurants home. However, there is an ever-increasing competition for time of delivery, the cost
of delivery and other profit margins, which make the restaurants, the platform owners and the
delivery agents to be constantly on a tussle on the moduli operandi. Laws are yet to be enforced
fully on the delivery services on various measures and checks to be performed to ensure there is
no mismanagement or handling issues which come up during transit. Thus, the business model
