Introduction of the Company
Google LLC is an American multinational technology company that specializes in
Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising technologies,
search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware. It is considered one of the
Big Four technology companies, alongside Amazon, Apple, and Microsoft . Google
was founded in September 1998 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin while they were
Ph.D. students at Stanford University in California. In August 19, 2004, and Google
moved to its headquarters in Mountain View, California, nicknamed the Googleplex.
In August 2015, Google announced plans to reorganize its various interests as a
conglomerate called Alphabet Inc. Google is Alphabet's leading subsidiary and will
continue to be the umbrella company for Alphabet's Internet interests. Sundar Pichai
was appointed CEO of Google, replacing Larry Page who became the CEO of
Alphabet.
The products and services that are offered by google are:

google drives, google photos and many more.
2.Software services like google chrome web browser , IOT enabled
smart devices , Android mobile operating system, as well as its smartwatch,

Knowledge can be gained and my inputs can be used to progress
the company.

large scope for work.

3 years plan for the company
I like to join in the google company because it is a
multinational company as well as benefits for the
employees and their future and I like programming and
that will help the company to grow up with competition
to the other companies. Programming to develop the
company's security systems and learn some other top
level coding languages which helps to improve the
development of the software technology .The world is
running with the technology and the public is watching
for the new technology as well as new products. Now a
days without programming there is no product and no
software technology.google is the top most
multinational and developing company in the software
world.
I am interested in doing programming like handling the
given projects bind up with the source code and develop

the programs by using high level programming
languages like ARTIFICAL
INTELLIGENCE,MACHINE LEARNING….ETC.
Whatever the projects given by the company firstly I
research about that project and how to build up the
programs and preparing the project report basing on the
given project. Firstly I prepare a plan for the project and
how to complete within the given time and submission
of the project. I think about project and I have to get my
best to the company so I build a plan and choose what I
have to do and what programming languages are used
in that project research in that and prepare a plan on
myself. Whatever the programming languages is
suitable for the project and what is required for giving
the best to the project. The skills I used that project may
help in my upcoming projects and deals with the
companies as well as in my future to get in other with
high range of salary comparing with the current
company paying for me. I prepare a report on myself
what languages I learnt in the projects , programs,
report writing and some other skills will gain my
knowledge as well as my skills in computer languages.

Conclusion
Google has been on the right track for many years now. This proves that Google’s
strategy is working exceptionally well. Google has been able to achieve this lofty
status with the help of their stead fast, non compromising principals of their
Corporate Philosophy. Google has taken an end user (customer) first strategy in
order to provide their customers with the information they desire. Google is known
for providing quality and relevance to their end user searches. In order to keep
revenues high for their share holders, they put a priority on speed and relevant
information to their end users without compromising their revenue by not being
partial to any particular advertising partner, which allows every advertiser that
chooses them to potentially be number one on their searches. This approach helps
Google’s philosophy of keeping advertisers and end users happy.
Just to conclude here , we can observe that Google’s successful strategy is
their competitive scope and Its a good place to start one’s career .

Recommendation:
From analysis it can be observed that ,
1. Dependence on the Internet
2. Minimal physical presence are google weaknesses
Dependence on the Internet means that Google waits for Internet coverage to
improve in developing countries before it could expand most of its operations,
such as online advertising, in those countries. The company is also a mostly-
online business, which means that it is weak in competing against firms with
significant physical presence, like Apple.
And significant threats facing Google’s business are tough competition ,Imitation of
some products.
Analysis shows that the company has adequate strengths. To address its
weaknesses, the company must improve its physical presence, such as through
promotions and opening of more physical stores. The company has already started
opening physical stores in the United Kingdom, but has not continued to do so in
recent times. The firm must emphasize efforts against the threats of competition and
imitation. Google can expect better performance upon effectively addressing the
strategic factors
