Total investment capital for implementation of the project: 4,180,000,000 VND (four billion
one hundred eighty million thousand Vietnamese dongs) equivalent to 200,000 USD (two
hundred thousand United States dollars).
In which contribution capital for the project is: 2,090,000,000 VND (two billion ninety
million Vietnamese dongs) equivalent to 100,000 USD (one hundred thousand United States
dollars).
The schedule of contribution capital: 12 (twelve) months as from the issuing date of the
Investment Certificate, in cash.
5. Operation Term: 05 (five) years from the issuing date of the Investment Certificate.

7. The Investor proposes to receive incentives for implementation of the project as follows:
- The Company shall be entitled to enjoy corporate income tax incentives relating to its
project under the Law on Corporate Income Tax No. 14/2008/QH12 dated June 03, 2008
issued by National Assembly and Decree No. 124/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 11,
2008 issued by Government providing detail and guiding the implementation of the Law
on Corporate Income Tax.

- Enterprise is exempted from Import Tax for import goods in accordance with regulation
of Law on Import Tax and Export Tax 45/2005/QH11 promulgated by National
Assembly dated June 14, 2005 and Decree of Government No. 87/2010/ND-CP detailing
and guiding the implementation Law on Import Tax and Export Tax dated August 13,
2010.
III. THE INVESTOR UNDERTAKES:
1. To be fully responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the content of investment
documents;
2. To fully comply with Vietnamese laws in relation to foreign investment and the provisions
of the Investment Certificate.
