7 Aim of Study

“The main aim of this research is to find out the impact of CSR on employee commitment,

employee engagement, organization culture and job satisfaction” As CSR includes all those

actions and activities from which humanity will be benefited as, welfare, charity awareness and

all other social work which do some good and optimistic impact towards the society, in this

research the importance of CSR for the betterment of Organization. As more development is still

required tO recognize and realize the need of corporate social responsibility in organizational

performance, local firms need to focus more towards CSR and need to understand that how CSR

enhance the reputation of the firm in the corporative world. This paper will be helpful for

understanding the real need Of CSR initiative and its impact on employee commitment,

employee engagement, organization culture and job satisfaction.
