I enrolled in this program for a couple of reasons. I choose Business Administration because I
want to become entrepreneurs and study how to start and grow a business. I have a big dream
and want to know how to turn my dreams into reality. Since my interaction with businessman the
concentration of pursuing a Business program had always remained in my mind since childhood
and knew that I was having the related knowledge and understanding to excel this course. That is
what I thought an MBA can help me become a successful entrepreneur. My University
professors with real-life and huge experience in teaching how to start and manage a business can
help me to get business knowledge, startup, creativity. Moreover, the things I need to avoid and
what should I do to successfully complete the business courses. After an enrollment the
challenging things to me were to complete all the courses and pass with good grades throughout
the academic career. Another reason for perusing this course was to learn how to communicate
effectively, build a confidence as these are also essential for the success. In this paper, I will
evaluate my different experiences throughout the course of Master of Business Administration,
where I learned a lot of things regarding an effective leadership style. I also make a summary of
my results outcomes in my course and leadership circle. I also explore some my weakness, skills
and future planning. This reflection paper discovers my whole personality and leadership traits in
my student life.

Feelings
I love to learn and to get knowledge. I am a permanent learner and I credit my parents for
introducing in me the love of learning and interest to ask the questions necessary- when learning.
After completing the course, they would both be very proud of my effort hard work and the
pursuit and accomplishment of my master’s degree. I feel proud to be a part of this university;
this prestigious university helped a lot of individuals to achieve their goals. I am proud to claim
the degree I have earned is possible because of my professor’s supports throughout the journey.
when I started thinking and exploring about beginning a graduate program of studies, I had
wanted to enroll in the MBA program of this university and studying this course would be fun as
this course is according to my personal interest in entrepreneurial leadership. I choose MBA as
subjects that I sincerely enjoy and feel motivated to learn more about. The purpose of choosing
this University was that it is providing excellent learning experience. This University offer
quality higher education qualifications that are valued by employers and academics worldwide.
After entering to this university, I felt satisfied because the university teach me a range of skills
so that I would get maximum value everywhere. I feel that I got a good opportunity to identify
my career aims and my strengths, to get more from this university in form of knowledge, skills,
expertise and leadership qualities.

Evaluation
This Course of Business administration was very helpful in grabbing the leadership qualities and
the personal traits, behaviors and the processes that have been involved in Business. During our
studies we have been taught numerous tactics. For instance, what are the leadership qualities and
styles which need to be learned to become a successful leader. How a business can be established
and explored further to make it effective and fully driven. Our professors deliver us with the
several techniques that proved to be really helpful for us in our careers. We have been given both
academic as well as practical knowledge during the classroom lectures. Our professors inform us
in detail, how success can be achieved in a ground? What the basic things that are essential for
the career? What are guidelines to be followed while operating the business? Etc. These are the
core part of our studies, we deal during our studies and they have been proved very effectual for
us.

I was such a kind of student who only focused on the studies and did not make any contact with
other students. With the guidelines of my teachers and friends I tried to involve in different
curriculum activities. At that time, I learned that if you are interactive, intellectual power,
confident and good communicator, then you can become an effective and successful leader. As
in my personality view, I identify my strength that I am a good and developing nature person and
love to work with others to better the situation and to complete any task during group task. This
approach will help me to upgrade my knowledge, communication and leadership skills that will
help me to become a successful person in my life.
In the last year of my Graduate, I decided to get admission in Master of Business Administration
Program. So, I got admission in MBA in one of the most highly standard universities and in this
way, my MBA journey started.  From the day of orientation, my life became changed, I learned a
lot of things from my class fellows. It’s true that I was nervous & anxious, but I was much
enthusiastic that I would develop a business graduate.  This believe gave me much confidence,
because of that I started take part in a different conference, projects, seminar-based presentations,
and other management related and extra curriculum activities.  

As I had a different education background, and most of the MBA course terms were new and
difficult for me. But I decided to fight with my anxiety and defeat it with the comprehensive
vision. I untapped my desire in the field of finance and accounting. As these subjects were quite
difficult, but I love to take different challenges in life.  The schedule is become tight in MBA
course and a lot of work regarding its assignment, project completion, lectures and other such
related factors create problem in front of me throughout the course, but this tight schedule taught
me time management and task prioritization and positive behavior.

The study of Master Business Administration was relatively challenging and tough for me, but I
think that the MBA is the only course that develops the management skills and communication
within my personality. It is because of the MBA degree course, I learned a diversity of attitudes
that how to behave with others, how to understand the emotions of others, to respect the
differences, how to make an effective decision, how to handle an adverse situation, how to
manage team members others. During the duration of my MBA course, I started interaction with
my professors regarding assignments, asked questions, ask for help in case of facing any
difficulty, where I learned new things and confidence. I worked under the supervision of my
professors, who taught me a lot of things regarding how to do research, how to write a report.  I
mostly observed the behavior of my teachers, towards the students, and others. These
observations guided me on how to tackle with any situation. The teaching methods of some of
my teachers was quite attractive and inspirational for me because they gave a free hand to
students to think out of the box. The case studies question answers taught me how to think
differently while solving the problem and making an accurate decision.
In this course of MBA, I also enhanced my language capability skills by reading different
author’s books, research articles and by writing reports in order to make enhancement in the
sustainability of my weakness. As we all know learning is ongoing process, and till now, I
learned a lot of things because and still I am in the process of getting extra knowledge wherever I
get. Currently, there are many thoughts in my mind concerning my future life. But I am so
considerable determinant towards my decision and approach towards achieving my lifelong
goals.

Analysis
This program has already helped in my latest title change, as specified earlier to be a business
graduate. The course work, reading studying, researching, and learning throughout the journey
all help keep my mind sharp. There are many events in throughout this course that completely
changed my way of thinking and learning related awareness values. I am an introvert personality
type person where I typically do not able talk Infront of large number of people. I majorly focus
on my thoughts, moods and on my internal feelings, rather than seeking the external
encouragement. By this course I able to overcome this trait and learned a lot of things regarding
the importance of extrovert personality in the academic as well as professional. Through this I
became more aware about how to communicate with people in the right way.

In the view of my emotional mood, I am passionate to achieve my set goals. I can achieve my
goal through hard work both academically and professionally. Through my MBA course It is
also identified that the success factor is mostly energized me. In case of nervousness, I become
silent and critically analyze different things and angles to solve the problem. I never show any
harsh behavior towards my fellows throughout the course. After analysis of my MBA Course
Journey experiences and the subsequent outcomes of the leadership circle, it becomes clear that I
am that kind of person who is having an introvert personality, but he is capable of observing the
behaviors of others, understand the emotions of others and effectively communicate with a small
number of people, now I have the ability to make an effective decision in any adverse situation.

Conclusion
I have a big dream and wanted to know how to turn my dreams into reality, the MBA journey
helped me to identify my abilities, my strengths and my weaknesses to achieve my dreams and
become successful throughout my life. The course taught me leadership qualities which are
important for any individual to become a successful leader. The Personality changing experience
which I learned is from my study course of Master of Business Administration showed that I
have an introvert personality with a broad vision, intelligent and decision-making power. The
course taught me how to communicate effectively, how to manage the time and all that are the
main skills need to build a successful career or to build a business. Based my exposure and
experience throughout the course as I have also discussed in this paper that, there are different
aspects that need attention when it comes to leadership development. There has been many ups
and downs in academic life and professional life.  A person’s personality and leadership style
play a vital role in the decision making and to resolve a problem. A person can face different
challenges and problems which sometimes badly effect a person. But Everyone has got different
views, and with their different perspectives come different kinds of personalities and approaches
make them able to resolve all difficulties accordingly.

Action Plan
As I have discussed in the beginning learning is my passion. And education is a continuous thing
with no end, my action plans for the future are that I will start my education further. I learned
that it is necessary for me to nurture any essential areas and cover the limits of my personality
and leadership that can affect the overall progress in my life. My plan is that the necessary or
required areas will be cultivated in order to ensure the growth of personal leadership. As I am
introvert, I feel some hesitation in effective communication, I need to develop a plan to improve
my communication skills and to overcome the hesitation while communicating Infront of others
to motive others. The planned actions and steps to be taken accordingly will help me to become
more successful future leader. This evaluation and action plan are completely based on the
personal experiences that I have gain throughout MBA journey. I will work consistently for my
future while carrying both academic and professional life responsibilities accordingly at the same
time in the future.
